This website is run by ARFL REALTY FIRST, an independent real estate advisor. It is not the official website of Danube Properties or any developer. We are not the developer and we do not set prices, offers, availability or handover dates.

Everything on this website is for general information. It is not an offer, a contract, financial advice, investment advice or a promise of returns or capital growth. Please check all details with the developer and read the official sale documents before you decide.
Prices, plans and availability
- Prices, sizes, payment plans, offers and availability are indicative. They are set by the developer and can change without notice.
- "From AED 840K" is an indicative starting price for a studio. Other layouts are priced on request.
- Handover dates are expected dates, not guarantees.
- Offers such as a DLD fee waiver are set by the developer. They have terms and conditions and can change or end without notice.
- Areas and layouts are approximate. The unit you buy may be a mirror of the plan shown, and layouts can vary by floor.
- The brochure describes the residences as fully furnished, but the developer's floor-plan document says furniture and electrical devices are provided only if the Sale and Purchase Agreement says so. Please confirm what is included before you book.
Images and renderings
Images, floor plans, renderings, videos and interiors are artist's impressions for representation only. Final design, finishes, furniture, landscaping and facilities may differ.
Developer and location information
Project details, amenities, distances and neighbourhood figures come from the developer's materials and are not independently verified. Travel times are approximate and depend on traffic. Infrastructure such as a proposed metro station and planned road upgrades mentioned in the brochure are plans, not open facilities, and their timing may change.
